We are not restricting ourselves from seriously positive, large-upside opportunities. However, we prefer to stay in line with the several industries we already have experience within or are related to with our current marketplace knowledge. If the opportunity arises for an industry or business market that is not within our wheelhouse of expertise, yet seems like it could be a viable opportunity for the firm and our investors, we will spend the money to bring in the proper field experts necessary to help us to complete the proper due diligence. We do intend to only invest in this manner with American companies.

We believe in the free-market system of America and we are confident in the overall optimism of the citizens of this great country. When we combine this with our own breadth of market knowledge and exposure with our honed discernment capabilities along with our keen observation skills, we believe there are a fair amount of deals that make solid business sense. The opportunity to get on board with a company that has years of experience, skilled leadership, terrific sales and customer following, with an edge on the competition, is an option worth taking. The fact that it comes with significant equity ownership of a specific corporation that lends toward some degree of control and impact, annual income, and terrific upside potential for appreciation of value, causes us to be motivated to spend time connecting with business owners and excited to position ourselves well within the particular industry associated with the equity option.
