Profitable, Simple, Convenient and Community-Minded
Strategic Franchise and Business Acquisition Approach
At Wingfield Financial, we are committed to acquiring high-quality, nationally recognized franchise brands in prime markets across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern United States. Our strategy focuses on establishing multiple locations of the same brand within select geographic areas, enabling us to leverage economies of scale. This approach not only ensures operational efficiency but also creates career advancement opportunities for franchise employees while providing centralized leadership under a trusted local operator. This operator will manage multiple storefronts, ensuring consistent performance and accountability across locations.
Our leadership team partners with experienced franchise brokerage firms to access exclusive opportunities and navigate potential challenges that are often overlooked by casual investors. This collaboration enables us to identify prime franchise opportunities and avoid common pitfalls during the acquisition process.
Wingfield Financial strategically targets food-service franchises known for their scalability, minimal inventory requirements, and lean staffing needs. We prioritize locations with high foot and vehicular traffic, especially those near major retail anchors and community hubs that drive consistent consumer engagement. By positioning our storefronts in such high-visibility areas, we increase brand recognition and encourage frequent customer visits.
Currently, we are in the early stages of market research, industry analysis, and brand selection. Upon completing these foundational steps, we will transition into:
The final phase involves retrofitting spaces, installing equipment, procuring inventory, hiring and training staff, and ensuring all operations are fully optimized before opening. We have successfully completed the initial phases with several brands and have received pre-approval to operate in multiple cities across several states. Our ongoing market research focuses on identifying locations with the most promising economic potential for sustained success.
Stacy Brown has always been on a quest to find the perfect chicken salad. One day she had an epiphany: Everyone’s idea of the perfect chicken salad is completely different! The stay-at-home mom set to work perfecting her own recipe, recruiting her family and neighbors to taste-test, before arriving at the one. Once Stacy had the chicken salad that made her family and friends say “mmm, yes ma’am,” she started dropping off samples of her creation in teachers’ lounges and hair salons, and then began selling door-to-door. Orders poured in; Chicken Salad Chick was born. Under the leadership of CEO Scott Deviney, franchising has taken off in a major way. Chicken Salad Chick boasts over 205 restaurants across 17 states and plans to grow to more than 235 by the end of 2022. We are offering craveable, made-from-scratch meals served from the heart to guests throughout the South, and are well on our way to be “America’s Favorite Place for Chicken Salad.”
Domino’s believes in doing the right thing, putting people first, creating inspired solutions, championing our customers, and growing and winning together.
Domino’s started out small, with just one store in Ypsilanti, Michigan, in 1960. Fast forward more than 60 years, and Domino’s has grown to become one of the most recognized and leading pizza brands in the world.
In 1958, two brothers borrowed $600 from their mom to open a pizza place in Wichita, Kansas. They called it Pizza Hut because their sign could only hold eight letters.
The restaurant quickly grew because the pizza was amazing, the service felt like home, and customers were treated like family. For over 60 years, we've been dedicated to making pizza night special. At Pizza Hut, we don’t just make pizza—we make people happy, delivering delicious food with a smile.

Nearly three decades ago, a dentist from Oxford, Mississippi had a vision to turn an abandoned movie-set diner into a small, yet charming, neighborhood restaurant & gathering place.
That vision became a reality when the first McAlister’s opened its doors in 1989. The menu then would still feel familiar today packed with the craveable sandwiches, spuds and salads we’re known for – and of course our famous McAlister’s Sweet Tea.
Not only has our menu remained true to its roots, so have our values. Today, with more than 400 restaurants in 28 states, we’re still dedicated to serving great food with genuine hospitality. We invite you to come for the food and stay for the experience. Bring your family, meet your neighbors, celebrate that big win with your teammates or make new friends that share the same love for sweet tea and sandwiches as you – we mean it when we say that our table is your table.
Growing up in a family that is both entrepreneurial and built on decades of fire and police service, it seems Chris Sorensen and Robin Sorensen were destined to start Firehouse Subs®.
Of course they tried other things along the way to their American Dream – rock ’n’ roll, real estate, and even Christmas tree farming. But everything they experienced on their path led them to opening the first Firehouse Subs. Over 27 years later, we have more than 1200 restaurants.

Sweet Frog Premium Frozen Yogurt began when an entrepreneur and his family moved to Richmond, VA, in 2009. At that time, frozen yogurt shops were primarily located on the West Coast, but they became attracted to the concept because of its simplicity and low cost. Even in the midst of an unfriendly economy, they felt the time was right to enter the frozen yogurt market. The first Sweet Frog store opened later that year in the Short Pump subdivision of Richmond.
Today, Sweet Frog has grown by leaps and bounds (or hops)! Currently, Sweet Frog has over 300 locations in the United States and several more internationally. In Fall 2018, Sweet Frog was acquired by a wholly-owned subsidiary of MTY Food Group and is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona.
